A Venga! Cycling holiday is about enjoying being on your bike, however there are some important bits that we cover here.

The term holiday in these terms and conditions includes either Venga! Cycling scheduled events or Venga! Cycling custom events.

Venga! Cycling accepts bookings, subject to the following conditions:

Payment

To book a Venga! Cycling holiday a completed booking form is required on behalf of the party with a payable deposit of 50% of the total quoted cost. If your booking is within 4 weeks of the start of the holiday payment in full is required at the time of booking.

Any balance due must be paid at least 4 weeks before the start of your Venga! Cycling holiday.  An invoice will be issued to you and in the event of any non-payment of the balance Venga! Cycling reserves the right to cancel your holiday and apply cancellation and administration fees.

If you have to cancel your holiday, this must be confirmed in writing stating your wish to cancel or  claim credit on a future holiday. The following refund/credit policy applies, against the total :

In the unlikely event Venga! Cycling are no longer able to provide your holiday on the dates requested and are forced to cancel the holiday, the paying guest is entitled to a full refund of all funds paid to Venga! Cycling.  Venga! Cycling’s liability in this regard is limited to the amount the guest has paid and does not cover any further or incidental costs the guest may have incurred.

Insurance

We require every person on a Venga! Cycling holiday to have a valid travel insurance policy for the duration of the holiday.  This policy must include road cycling as an activity. We would recommend that travel insurance is taken out at the point of booking as this may then include any pre-departure losses as a result of a cancellation.

General conditions

By participating in a Venga! Cycling holiday or guided ride you agree to the following conditions.

• I freely acknowledge and realise the danger of cycling and fully assume all risks associated with this activity, including but not limited to collision with pedestrians, vehicles, other riders and/or other fixed moving objects or persons, the negligence of other riders and dangers arising from falls and public road or path surfaces.

• I freely acknowledge and realise that cycling requires physical exertion and I represent that I am in sound medical condition capable of participating in the holiday or guided ride without risk to myself or others.

• I release and hold harmless Venga! Cycling its employees, agents and participants of any losses, costs, damages, claims, demands, rights and causes of action of any kind or nature including solicitors fees, and including any and all negligence claims of causes of action, which may arise and which result from illness, personal injuries, property damage, death or of any other damages or injuries, not included herein, occurring during, or as a result of, my participation in a Venga! Cycling holiday.

Photographs, videos or images of participants secured or taken on any of our holidays may be used by Venga! Cycling without remuneration in all media for bona fide promotional or marketing purposes.

Where your Venga! Cycling holiday includes accommodation, these providers may have their own terms and conditions.  You agree to abide by these and use the facilities and equipment as intended. We reserve the right to charge you for additional costs charged to us by accommodation providers in respect of additional cleaning, missing items and/or damage.

Any charges or fees incurred by Venga! Cycling as a result of any acts or omissions or breach of these terms and conditions may be recovered.

 Venga! Cycling is an ‘Autonomo Empresarial’ and operates under Spanish Law.
